"Places To Maybe Visit One Day"

Flying over California in Spring 2013!
I have a Macbook Air and apparently I either have WAY too many pictures on my computer or the Air's don't have a ton of space on them, because I kept getting alerts pop up saying I was running out of room on my hard drive...
So, when I found out that one of my Christmas presents last month was an external hard drive, I was stoked! Since then, I've moved over ALL of my pictures and a lot of old documents that have been floating around, and am now going through the some-what tedious task of deciding what I can delete off my laptop... yay!
But really, it's actually been quite interesting! - finding random notes you made or blurry pictures you took - ahh what a nostalgic stroll down memory lane.

One of the things that I came across today was an old Word Doc that I had made one day to jot down a couple of different cities that I thought would be cool places to maybe visit once day, aptly named:

"PLACES TO MAYBE VISIT ONE DAY"

... I look at it now and realize how many cities were NOT on that list haha so I thought I'd keep it here, and that way I can easily add to it or get other people's input on places they've been!!

----------
EUROPE
England - London, Morecambe
France - Cote D’Azur, Paris
Italy - Rome, Milan, Pisa
Spain - Madrid, Barcelona
Scotland - Glasgow

ASIA
Japan - Tokyo

UNITED STATES
New York - NYC
California - Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Yosemite National Park
Florida - Orlando
Nevada - Las Vegas (but would like to go again now that I'm older!)
Washington - Seattle

LATIN/SOUTH AMERICA
Brazil - Rio de Janeiro
Mexico - Puerta Vallerta, Playa del Carmen

CANADA
BC - Stanley Park
Alberta - Lake Louise, Calgary, Edmonton
Ontario - Toronto

(Been to!)
----------

Do you have a list of places that YOU want to travel to one day? :)
Or have any that you think I should add to this growing list of mine?
(It is by no means finished!)
I love hearing people's travel stories!

  1. Love this! I am in love with travelling, wish I could do it forever. I'd say if you're going to Scotland you absolutely have to see Edinburgh- it is my favourite place in the whole entire world!! As for me, Canada's next on my list, I'm desperate to go there. Then Nepal!! So many places, so little time.

    1. Ahhh I couldn't decide Glasgow or Edinburgh but I think they're like an hour away from each other so going to both would be awesome! The pictures of Edinburgh are stunning!
Ooo where in Canada do you want to visit? I'm closer to the West Coast but I'd like to travel east one day!
Haha too true hey?! So many places!!

  2. I long to visit Washington DC (no desire at all for NYC for some reason although I'd love to see New York State), go back to Chicago, explore around Pennsylvania more alongside Russia and Australia.

    1. Oh wow Russia and Australia would be cool too! Australia is like a 16+hr flight from Canada :S but I know lots of people who've gone and when they get back they say how much they can't wait to go back!

I'd love to visit New York again, as I went when I was quite young and can't remember much! I'm really keen to go travelling this year, your post has inspired me a lot! :)
